1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "dkbd" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://dkbd.io and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the dkbd website, mobile browser interface, and all services, features, games, and tools made available through those interfaces.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the dkbd Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the dkbd Platform.
• "Bangladesh Taka" or "৳ BDT" refers to the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole currency denomination used on dkbd.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any sum of money staked on any sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, deposit match bonuses, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account by dkbd.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of qualifying bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by dkbd before processing withdrawals, which requires submission of valid government-issued identification.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the dkbd Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature or service offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the dkbd Platform and, if you have a registered account, close it by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions take effect from the moment you first access the Platform and remain in effect for the entire duration of your use of any dkbd service.

3Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The dkbd Platform is available exclusively to adults aged 21 years or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. dkbd reserves the right to require identity documentation at any point to verify your age. Any account determined to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance may be returned to the original payment method subject to satisfactory verification.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the dkbd Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. dkbd makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific location. By registering, you confirm that online betting and gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from any territory where doing so would be unlawful.

3.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one dkbd account. It is strictly prohibited to hold multiple accounts using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other identifying information. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, all such accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds across the duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information when registering your dkbd account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Bangladeshi mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of your details change. dkbd is not liable for any failure to deliver communications or process transactions resulting from inaccurate account information provided by you.

4Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your dkbd account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. dkbd will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, WhatsApp, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless and until you have reported a security breach in writing to [email protected].

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure by dkbd

dkbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where dkbd reasonably suspects: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; (c) use of automated software or bots; (d) provision of false or misleading registration information; (e) a risk to the integrity of dkbd's betting markets; or (f) a court order or regulatory instruction requiring such action.

4.3 Account Closure by the User

You may request closure of your dkbd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Your real-money balance (subject to KYC verification if not previously completed) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

4.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. dkbd may charge an administrative maintenance fee on inactive accounts at a rate communicated to you via the email address registered on your account. dkbd will provide not less than 30 days' notice before applying any inactivity fee, during which time you may reactivate your account by logging in.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dkbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transaction amounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). dkbd does not accept deposits in any other currency and does not perform currency conversion.

5.2 Minimum Transactions

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the dkbd cashier at the time of transaction. These minimums may vary by payment method. dkbd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, fees imposed by the payment provider on their end (if any) are the user's responsibility.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your dkbd account balance typically within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Processing times for bank transfer deposits may be up to two (2) business hours depending on the issuing bank. dkbd is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider's processing systems.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests that have passed KYC verification and meet all applicable wagering requirements are processed by dkbd within one (1) business day. The actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically delivered within 5–15 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days to appear in your account.

5.5 Withdrawal Verification

dkbd reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal where the amount is unusually large, the account has not previously completed KYC, or where dkbd has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularity. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) days may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

5.6 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

dkbd applies a same-method withdrawal policy: funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the payment system.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on dkbd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, competition, or casino game. These rules are accessible within each respective game or market section of the Platform. In all cases where general Terms & Conditions and specific game or market rules conflict, the specific game or market rules shall take precedence.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

dkbd reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) the bet was placed after the event or market has closed; (b) a manifest error in odds, pricing, or market data occurred; (c) dkbd has reasonable grounds to suspect the bet is connected to suspicious or fraudulent activity; or (d) the maximum payout threshold for the relevant market has been reached.

6.3 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines, or market data (including obvious pricing errors caused by technical malfunction), dkbd reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the staked amount to the relevant accounts, regardless of whether the relevant event has already settled. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.

6.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, dkbd may temporarily suspend live markets, adjust odds, or void bets affected by data feed interruptions. All live bets are confirmed at the odds displayed at the precise moment of acceptance by dkbd's systems, not at the time the bet request was submitted.

6.5 Casino Games

All casino games available on dkbd — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and RNG slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. dkbd provides access to these games under licence from the provider and does not control individual game outcomes. All RNG games use certified random number generation.

7Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives made available by dkbd are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable promotional terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal cap for each promotion are specified in the individual bonus terms. Withdrawal requests made before wagering requirements are fully met will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion Per Player

Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless otherwise explicitly stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and account suspension.

7.4 dkbd's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

dkbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes to bonus terms will not affect the wagering obligations of bonuses already claimed and in progress, unless the modification is required to correct a manifest error or respond to regulatory instruction.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dkbd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on dkbd.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corruption involving sporting events covered by dkbd's sportsbook.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse including, but not limited to, placing low-risk or opposing bets to farm wagering requirements without genuine exposure.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to launder money or use dkbd for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dkbd staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or to disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the dkbd Platform — including but not limited to the dkbd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dkbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dkbd Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any dkbd content without the prior written consent of dkbd.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dkbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or loss resulting from reliance on any information provided on the Platform.

dkbd does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. dkbd will endeavour to notify users of planned maintenance periods in advance but accepts no liability for losses caused by unplanned outages, including any losses resulting from the inability to place or settle bets during an outage.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit dkbd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11Privacy and Data

dkbd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dkbd uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements industry-standard security measures to protect data at rest. dkbd does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment providers, identity verification services, and fraud prevention systems solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Your continued use of the dkbd Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

dkbd may terminate its services, or your access to them, at any time and for any reason, including commercial decisions to cease operating in a particular market. In the event of termination of service, dkbd will provide reasonable notice and will return any verified real-money account balance to the registered payment method.

14Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with your use of the dkbd Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of applicable law in the jurisdiction relevant to the resolution of the dispute. dkbd operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and acknowledges Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) as the operative timezone for all time-sensitive terms, including bet acceptance windows, bonus expiry periods, and support response commitments.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through dkbd's standard customer support process should be escalated in writing to [email protected] with full details of the complaint. dkbd will investigate and respond to formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
